Written exam

Held twice a year by UPSC. Objective papers with negative marking of one third for each wrong answer.

  • English. 100 marks, 2 hours.
  • General Knowledge. 100 marks, 2 hours.
  • Elementary Mathematics. 100 marks, 2 hours. Not taken by OTA candidates.
